Ruchaya Kantangkul (Pin)


Pin completed a​ 200HRS ​ Lullaby Yoga’s Teacher Training with Mark Scodellaro in 2012. She always ​participates in all​ workshops with many great teachers such as Bo Srey, Cora Wen, Matthew Sweeney.

Pin loves being upside down. This brings awareness to the body ​and helps her ​to ​​balance ​the body and ​the ​mind. Pin teaches the vinyasa flow to students of all ages and levels​,​ to build strength, flexibility and proper body alignment, allow students to feel comfortable, regardless of experience or physical ability. She also teaches breathing techniques which counteract stress and anxiety, and increase calm and mental clarity in everyday life.
