Fon was introduced to hot yoga in 2007 as a way to cure her allergies. The first yoga class made her feel light and bright! Miracle happened after a few months of practice when her health totally changed. Yoga has revitalized not only her body but also her mind. She then tried different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Anusara, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, and found that the latest suits her the best.
After six years of practice, Fon decided to pursue her passion for yoga by taking the 200 hours teacher training course with Lullaby Yoga, Bangkok. Her practice and teaching style is based on Vinyasa. Fon believes that yoga is a life-long journey, and she would like to be part of everyone’s voyage through her strong fun classes.
