Minyoung Kim


Minyoung first came to yoga after a motorbike accident left her hospitalized and unable to walk for a month. She credits yoga and her dog, Herbie, for the rehabilitation of her injuries, and unexpectedly discovered the vast healing powers that come with the practice. Minyoung’s classes are designed to invigorate the body and mind.

Although she loves exploring all disciplines of yoga, she loves the creativity and flow of Vinyasa. She believes that because all bodies are unique in their beauty, every body will manifest its own interpretation of asana. Students are guided with verbal cues and hands on adjustments.

Her classes are a mix of creativity and frank humor, with a strong focus on fundamental alignment principles. She is a self – professed anatomy geek and is a staunch believer of joy, breath, homemade-yogurt and keeping it real.
