Sue started practicing yoga in 2012 with various styles of yoga but Vinyasa has always been her favorite. Sue first starts Yoga wanting to be fit and firm. Her first approach to Yoga was it is another form of workout. She then realized that Yoga has given so much more than that, not only in physical strength but also emotional & spiritual strength.
Sue’s teaching focus on having fun and relax in class. Her teaching is based on Vinyasa with dynamic and strong flow. With her background in Graphic Design, her students will be sure to have amazing yoga photos after class.
