Alisa has practiced yoga since 2000. She has studied numerous styles and traveled to Mysore, India to study yoga with Saraswathi. A morning meditation practitioner, she finds that yoga and meditation have helped her to be contented with life.
She loves connecting the breath with asana and believes in the power of breathing and how it relates to the function of body and organs.
She truly believes that yoga can help to connect the mind, body and soul. Hence, she wants to share that connections to all the yogis around the world.
Her style is fun, with light music, and a whole lot of smiles-suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Alisa deeply appreciates her family, especially her parents and her two lovely brothers, for their great support of her yoga journey.
Her philosophy in life is “Think Simple and Do It”.
Many years ago, Alisa used to work as a lecturer at Assumption University, and also at ILO of the UN as an External Consultant.
