Guidelines for Taking Yoga Class

  • First-time students should arrive 5-10 Min. before class time, do let the teacher knows that this is your first time at the studio. Do not enter the class during “Om” chant, please do so afterwards if you are late to class.

  • Students will not be allowed into classes after 5 Minutes of the class time
  • Students should practice on a “Not Too Full Stomach, having a meal at least 2 hours before class is advised
  • Lullaby Yoga provides Towels and Mats, so please wear fitted clothing and shorts or pants so you can move comfortably during class. Shoes are required to be taken off during practice. Male Students are not allowed in class if they are not wearing shirts on top.
  • Please be mindful with teachers and other students in classes by leaving your mobile phones or other electronic devices in your lockers
  • Make sure you give yourself a rest time at the end of each class during Shavasana (corpse pose), as this will give you more energy and let you to be completely relaxed
  • If you have any physical (such as recent injuries or operations, low blood pressure, epilepsy), or mental illnesses that Lullaby Yoga should know of, please inform the teacher before your practice
